Moss made a decision to stay in the woods because he tried to run away from the woods and went back to the woods.

Ummmm..........if anything, moss made some pretty stupid decisions. He ran deep into the woods out of fear, which is what he was told never to do.A porcupine met him and told him that he was a 'wonderful' person because he was selfish, lazy and never helped out.Talk about rude.

Moss decided that he can't count everyone to do stuff for him an he has to be brave an look like he's not afraid.
Moss decided to wander the woods and talk to the old lady ( who was actually a porcupine )
Moss also decided he wasn't turning back because if he did turn back, he would be known as Moss the boy, who stayed a boy. Moss also decided to look for Trouble but than he ended up finding the porcupine.

Although Moss is lost and afraid what desicions did he make?
Moss walked into the woods and relized he was lost.he made a desicion, even though he knew it would make him look silly, to run and scream for help. Eventually he tripped and fell and he became aware of his surroundings. He knew he couldn't stay put so he could either go back to the village and be known as the boy Moss who stayed a boy or go forward. He made an important desicion to go forward and leave behind his village, family and friends. He was determined to prove himself a man.

He decided to keep going because if he went back to the village, his village would think he's still just scared little Moss that is a boy and will never become a man. He doesn't want that to happen so he's going to become a man. But the thing about that is he wants to go back because he's thirsty, hungry, tired, lonely etc.

Moss made the decision to stay in the forest and not go home to his mother and father. While in the forest, Moss met the porcupine and I think that the porcupine will help Moss find a story for the wampum belt that he broke earlier in the day.

Focus Question #3
In the book, Guests, the young boy, Moss, decides to go into the woods without any supplies. Moss walks in, gets lost, and starts to panic. The decision that he made was not to stay put and wait to be found, he panics, and starts to run away even farther. He finds that he doesn't know where he is, and doesn't know if the village is far or close. Then, he finally decides to stay put, and wait to be found. He then encounters a strange, old woman type, porcupine. Then, the porcupine starts to talk! She asks him many questions, and is very sarcastic to him. Moss made the decision to keep talking to the porcupine. What will happen who he makes the section the stay, or to go?

Moss yelled "HELP" as loud as he could. Moss studied the ground but he could not figure out what path he had taken.

Moss made a decision to keep going because he didn't want to go back and be the person who didn't finish going into manhood. And because he didn't want the visitors at the feast.

Moss made many very serious decisions so far. Here are a couple of them. In the beginning of chapter 2 on page 20 Moss decides to run away. Another one is on page 30-31 where in my opinion he makes a stupid choice by going into the forest in the winter with nothing, not even warm clothes and rope. I think that Moss has made bad decisions that he must fix as soon as possible unless he wants to wind up dead.

Moss was lost and afraid and he made some pretty important decisions throughout this chapter of this book...... Here are the decisions...(1) he decided to go deeper and deeper in the forest instead of listening to early advice. (2) he also decided to scream in panic which he was also told not to do when you area lost. (3) he decided to talk to and listen to the porcupine. Those are the decisions that moss chose to do in chapter three of "guests."

Moss went into the woods and in a dark cave then he heard a voice and it was a porky pine that wanted him to leave like moss wanted the Guest to leave he's house and the porky pine wanted moss to go back she wanted him to leave the woods but he didn't want to go back he was going to be made fun of or he would gust be more lost because of all those people
